All students will be eating their lunch tomorrow in the gym in honor of our Acadien Celebration. Students should bring a lunch that DOES NOT need to be heated, also there will be no cafeteria.
The following students were selected from grades 3 - 5 and will have their projects judged in the Gym from 2:30 - 3:00 today. Six of the projects will advance to the District 16 Science Fair at Gretna Green Elementary on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 9:00 - 11:00.

Friday, March 18th the grades 3 -5 students will be participating in the school Science Fair. Students will have their projects judged in the classrooms Friday morning and parents are invited to view projects from 11:00 - 11:30. Students who are chosen to represent their class will be in the gym Friday afternoon. Parents are invited to see the projects and be present for the announcement of winners from 2:30 - 3:00. Six projects will be chosen to represent the school at the District 16 Science Fair at Gretna Green on Wednesday, March 23rd. Best of Luck to all the younger scientists !!
The Home and School is giving everyone a chance to win a make-over for a room in your home! With spring around the corner, who wouldn't want a chance to have someone do your re-decorating so you don't have to lift a finger? Tickets are 5 dollars each and are available from students of Harkins Elementary and from the school.
