In conjuntion with the Rotary Club, we are holding a “Nickel & Dime Our Way to End Polio Week”, from October 20-October 24. Each year we choose a service project to develop global citizenship awareness, and teach our students the value in helping others.
Teachers will be giving students information on polio and explaining to children the desire of the Rotary Club to eradicate polio from the planet.
We are collecting nickels and dimes during the week. These will be given to the Rotary Club. Again this year, the Rotary Club will match our donation.
