   I want to say a special THANK YOU to all the KMC parents  who came skating with us today.  You made it a special day. As one student said "I have new memories now".        Two tracer pages went home today. They are due Wednesday.  That's one for tonight and one for tomorrow.        Read "Are You Sleeping" poem.        Practice your sight words and read a book.          Do your KMC "Alligator" Rap for someone.          Practice counting cool stuff.         Rememberance Day service is tomorrow morning at 9:30.      Thank you, Mrs. Mountain-Collette

Homework: Remember to do your homework sheet. As always, practice your letters, sight words and read a good book.     Bring your skates and a helmet tomorrow. We are going skating at 8:45.         Tomorrow the only children eating the cafeteria meal will be those who have preordered the Halloween dinner. So bring your lunch because no other lunch will be available.     Remember to bring your costume if you would like to dress up tomorrow afternoon.       Thanks Have a great night! Reminder: No school for students Wednesday because it is CI day for teachers.       Showing of costumes will be Friday at 1:15 for those who wish to participate.       Skating for KMC students this Friday morning 8:45-10:00. Remember to send a helmet; students are not allowed on the ice without it. Let me know if your child does not have skates or a helmet and we will try to provide them. Parents are welcome to come and skate with your child.   Please practice your Zoophonics letters and sounds. Practice your sight words. And remember to read every night. This week I will be meeting with the students individually to take a close look at the progress they have made thus far. Please practice letter names and sounds (A-I), sight words, and continue to read to your child every night.                 Have them try their alligator rap for you.               It is guaranteed to make you smile.    Library day tomorrow. Don't forget to bring back your book.          Photo retakes will be this friday.           The final day for the Lamontagne fundraiser orders is Friday. Please try to make some sales to support activities at the school.   Please continue to check your childs homework folder nightly for special notices.
