Once again this year, Harkins Elementary has planned many activities for our students leading up to the Christmas holiday. There will be the always popular "Twelve Days of Christmas" celebration. A draw will be held each morning for a prize (one for a girl and one for a boy). As well, tickets will be sold during the month of December for a draw at the Christmas Concert. Prizes include a Christmas painting (Happy Feet) donated by Ed Pinder, a Lotto Ticket tree, and a Christmas wreath, donated by Christine O'Neill. Tickets are one for $2 or 9 for $5.00. These are available from any student, or at the school. Of course, we will once again have the "Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Claus" event, held December 11, from 6:00-7:00.
