As I sat down to write this message, I had to do a double take on what week we were in.  I couldn't believe that we were this close to the end of February!  Wow!  Scary!  On a brighter note, only 28 more days until spring! What a way to start off our week...a snow day!  Yay!  I hope you took the time to read even though it was a day off. Tuesday, we will be having a visitor from Croft join us and observe our class.  She is a new teacher and would like to see how the Daily Five and Social Studies run together at this grade level.  We will show her how smart and lovely our class is!  Wednesday is our day of French, which I love to return to once a week.  We can't lose all the hard work that we did over the last 4 months.  Who would like to go skating on Thursday?  I hope all of you, because Mr. Flynn will be taking the class to the rink in the morning before recess.  This will be our last tiime, so please come prepared for the day!  Finally it will be Friday and that brings our time to finish anything that we haven't finished over our week and work on our Science Fair projects.  Hopefully everyone remembers to bring in their white project boards!
